Darryl has the ability to affect people around him with his life lessons, affirmative personality and creative energy.

Darryl has been recognised for his work as a songwriter, producer and mentor for many young Polynesian hip hop artists, as well as being an advocate for all things Māori.  He is forging a path for himself as a member of Māori artist and Marae groups now that he is once again living in Kahungunu.

There is an enjoyment in his creative journey and respect has for his work – Darryl provides support and networks with established senior artists and emerging artists.
